Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. This page is the “refund policy” referred to wherever we say “*Subject to our refund policy”. In short: If a course isn't for you, send us a refund request through the contact form within 30 days of buying (for pre-orders: within 30 days of release) and we'll refund you in full, as long as you've watched less than 30% of the content you bought.

What counts as watched

• A lesson counts as watched once you open it while signed in. Your dashboard shows your watched percentage for each course, and it's the same number we check.
• Single course: less than 30% of that course's lessons. All-Access (Annual or Lifetime): less than 30% of all lessons available at purchase. Team seats: less than 30% across the seats that have been claimed; unclaimed seats can always be refunded within 30 days.
• Free preview lessons don't count.

How it works

• Send the email address you purchased with. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
• Course access ends when the refund is processed.
• For All-Access Annual, the guarantee applies to your first payment. You can cancel renewal at any time from the billing portal, and access continues until the end of the period.

Digital content and withdrawal rights

Courses are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you agree that access starts straight away and that any statutory right of withdrawal (for example, the 14-day EU/UK right) ends once access begins. This guarantee is offered in addition to, not instead of, any rights you have by law.

One refund per customer

The guarantee is for trying the courses once. Each person (and each email address, payment method or household acting together) can receive one refund. If you buy again after a refund, that purchase isn't eligible for the guarantee.

Fair use and abuse prevention

• We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse, such as downloading, recording, sharing or reselling course content, sharing login links or seats outside the people they were bought for, or a pattern of buy-and-refund.
• Requests outside the 30-day window, or after 30% or more of the content has been watched, aren't covered by the guarantee. We still read every email and will help where we reasonably can.
• Nothing here limits refunds required by law, or your right to dispute a charge you didn't make.
