Terms of Service

Last updated October 31, 2026

These terms govern your use of The Coding Gopher courses (the “Service”), operated by The Coding Gopher (“we”). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to them.

Accounts & access

You sign in with your purchase email and either a one-time link we email you or your personal access code / order number. Keep your access code private and your email secure. Course access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share sign-in links, access codes or accounts.

Purchases

  • Single courses and All-Access Lifetime are one-time payments granting access for the lifetime of the Service.
  • All-Access Annual renews automatically each year until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Pre-orders are charged at purchase; access begins when the course is released.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change, but changes never affect what you have already bought.

License & sharing

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream course content for your own non-commercial learning. Each video is licensed to the purchaser shown under the player.

  • You may not share, post or forward course links, video links or embeds, access codes or accounts, and may not download, record, redistribute, resell or publicly perform the content.
  • Each person needs their own license. For groups, buy team seats on the pricing page.
  • If we find a violation of this section, we may revoke access to the affected content without a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. Courses are educational and we do not guarantee any particular interview or employment outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke access for abuse such as sharing links, codes or accounts, or piracy (see License & sharing). You may stop using the Service at any time.
